Car wants to stall when i hit the gas

Hey everyone,
Been having an issue with my car ever since I installed my Bama tune and Steeda CAI. The car idles fine when sitting there but everytime I give it some gas the RPMs drop down to about 3-4000 and a couple times it even stalled! I contacted Bama numerous times and they keep telling me the tune looks good. So this is what I have done to try and correct it with no luck. Cleaned TB, MAF, checked connections and for any air leaks. I'm almost tempted to return the car to stock! Any ideas would be appreciated. Here is my car info.

2006 Roush with 5,000 miles
M90 Roushcharger w/smaller pulley
Flowmasters
Bama Tune
Steeda CAI

Yah, I contacted Bama 5 times now about it and they swear the tune is right. It has to be the tune or the Steeda CAI because like I said it was totally normal before the tune and CAI install. Maybe I should just get the thing Dyno tuned at a shop and waste more money!
