How do you know that you have fuel? Are the plugs wet with gas? Do you have a FP guage on it? The pump should not run constantly, it should turn off if the engine is not turning. If you just turn the key to on, and dont try to start the car, does it turn off after 2-5sec? Did you mess with the timing? I take this to mean the engine turns over, but doesnt start. Is that correct. We need more info, its hard enough to figure it out when you are not there. Did you work on anything right before this prob ocurred?

I had aready replaced the TFI and Fuel pump 2 years ago. It ran fine till now??
I have 3/4 a tank of gas.
I replace the fuel pump relay and the ECC relay.
Then I replaced the TFI Module. I have a spark its kinda red not real blue.
I then installed a new 255LPH fuel pump.
I checked the fuel pressure I have over 38psi.
I can hear a lot of nosie under hood it sound as if the fuel is rushing from the inlet to the return line. The pump keeps running it won't stop. The engine spins over fine but no start up??
The car is stock the battery post and wires are clean. All grounds good.
Is the ECM bad?? If I pull codes will it show any if the computers dead??
