I just got my hands on my first fox and the owner before me was going to carb swap it and got rid of the intake manifolds and fuel rails but I still have throttle body and air intake.whats the cheapest and fastest route to have her running again a edelbrock performer manifold is already bolted down i really don’t wanna deal with another carb swap but I can’t find any of the stock fuel injection stuff locally and is a FItech setup worth the price. Here’s a list of what’s all mods
Ford racing roller rockers 1.72
Trickflow twisted wedge aluminum heads
ARP head studs
Plasma molly piston rings
Polly lock rocker arm studs and guides
Aluminum pistons
Eagle rods
Bored over to 306
MSD blaster ignition
B303 camshaft
Walbor 255 pump
Mac full headers back H pipe exhaust
Hurst short throw shifter
Set up to handle nos
Scat Balanced crank
Aluminum drive shaft
Weld subframe connectors
Edelbrock trailing arm
Upgrade springs
Harden oversized push rods
Ford racing roller lifters

I really don’t know why people try and covert a perfectly good FI system to carb.

Get some sn95 fuel rails used instead of fox ones, only like $75. Fuel regulators are cheap too.

Does it have the injector wiring or was that butchered?

The wiring is a mess so much was added to the stock harness but I managed to get a good fuel injector harness

For which parts? Fuel rails are a bit different. Pretty sure the inlet is in the rear, which isn’t too bad to make work. I believe the injector connectors are the same.

Mustang parts are easy to locate though.

Which year is your car?

Oh yeah you can totally use the upper and lower intake from an explorer, and you should because they’re better than the mustang ones.
