I have a 600cfm Edelbrock right now on my 352 stroker. It's great below 3k, then the secondaries open, it's a little rough around there and smooths on out. Would a bigger carb help?

3.4 Stroke Forged Crank
Forged H Beams
AFR 185s
RPM Air Gap
Shorty 1 5/8s (I think.) Headers
2.5 H Pipe Flowmaster 40s

Thanks!

It's not the size of the carb, it's the style. Get a holley 4160, say a 650, and call it a day.
Your edelbrock secondaries are opening too fast without gas. The holley, you can adjust how fast or slow it opens up, so it won't bog.

Cool. Well I plan on picking up a welder now. So I can start to dream up **** like you haha.
Carb will be later on, probably blow through for a turbo. Suggestions? CSU? Quick Fuel?
