Well not to bad, i was going to get cleanning supplies today, heard a clunk clunk tink! WTF?I knew from the sound of it i bet i threw a belt? Looked at the volts and they dropped instantly. I knew it!So i get off the freeway get right back on and head home.I get to my street and the dam take forever turn arrow took it's good ole sweet ass time as always! Temp hit 220* got it home and looked and this is what i seen. As i thought the fan belt shreaded a strip off and hit my alt wires witch totaly can apart and also my electric fan wires.The reason i think it happened was cause the bolts on the water pump pully had backed off somehow witch made the pully wobble witch made the belt out of alignment and shreaded a strip off. peace

ouch! Atleast its not a huge problem ;p My vortech pully did something like that. but it just melted whatever got in its way

So was the water pump turning or not? If it wasn't pumping and you drove it anyway..... pray a simple belt replacement doesn't turn into a costly headgasket replacement too. Why do so many fella's insist on driving their car when something breaks and it starts getting hot? Even a two mile drive while it's hot is too far.

Of course it was tunning! Guess i should rephrase this post! ONLY when i stopped the temp went to 220* since the fan wasn't working. On the freeway it stayed right at 170 like it always does. SO for about 45 seconds it went to 220*. peace
