Catted H-Pipe - Only BBK?

I just installed the magna cated x pipe. ran into issues with hangers being to far forward for the tranny bracket. Also would of liked a tighter bend on the pipe coming down from the header, only on the passenger side

I have never installed exhaust components before, so must ask how you overcame these issues. Did you adjust the trans cross member in some way, or did you simply alter the pipes to fit underneath? How is the fit now, too low, or did you manage to get it like stock? Yours is a 4-cat system, yes?
