I have purchased a 1996 Mustang GT. It has the stock exhaust manifolds and a flowmaster cat back 40 series. The current midpipe is a Pypes H-pipe with no cats. I will need a catted midpipe to pass emissions testing in New York state. I was thinking of either a Pypes or SLP catted X-pipe. Anyone have a preference for one
over the other? Also does anyone have this setup that has passed NY state emissions? Another option could be to just add cats to the current H-pipe?
