I have the cd player problems many of you are dealing with. My dealer told me if I could give him the part # off the back of it I wouldn't have to bring it in and let him do it and he could order a new one from Ford. I was wondering if anybody knew the sequence of buttons to push to get the part # to flash on the screen. I've seen it on here before but I think it was before the crash. I didn't find anything from searching.

p.s. The service manager said he hadn't heard of the number coming up on the screen before. He said all they knew was to get it off of the back of the unit. Does he just not know or is it a different number?
