All the parts took a day or two to prep.

The shop that's currently installing my c500 kit says this kit is top notch. They've done some Cervini's stuff before and say they have the best quality kits they've worked with. Very very little prep work was required and it's as good as oem quality.

The only problem my shop had was painting the urethane parts for some reason.

Is that the Cervini spoiler, too? Yours looks like a one-piece where as the ones on Cervini's website is a three piece?

And did you have a stock spoiler removed (and the new spoiler cover the holes)?

No, thats not the Cervinis spoiler. I lost the one i got from them, so i got a new one from the shop i brought my car to. And yes, i did remove the old spoiler and the new one actually attaches through the stock holes.
