cervini's eleanor and convertable

i have noticed that on cervinis website that the eleanor kit is not compatable with a convertable, i am new to stangs and am just wondering besides the window scoops, why the front/rear bumpers and side exit exhaust/skirts and rear wing wouldnt work on a vert. any insight would help.

Call them first off, but my guess would be that the convertible has more bracing that won't fit with the side exhaust.
