Changing Cams

I am wanting to get some cams for my 2000 mustang GT I just have a few bolt ons.I was woundering if it is hard to install them and what cams should I get for a daily driven car. And what kind of numbers should I expect from the cams.

As far as #'s I can't say. I think you'll need a moderate level of mechanical ability to install a set of cams yourself or atleast be able to follow directions. There is a good write up on doing a cam install on modulardepot.com.

Its not that hard, IMHO, unless you do the valvesprings. The valve-springs are a major PITA. A friend of mine and I did mine last spring. If you have any specific questions, just PM me.
