I've got the OTC tool for the job. My question is, do you have to remove the rockers to compress the springs and if so can that be done with the cams in place?

The rockers have to come out and yes the cams stay in.. the tool hooks under the camshaft for leverage

So is it a fairly easy task to remove the rockers?
