ok heres the deal, my oil gauge has been jumpin around obviously, i know its a dummy however now im getting dimmed lights and my voltage meter is goin down when im not movin, could this possibly be fix by attaching a ground to like a valve bolt to teh ground onteh batery or like stru to vavle bolt? ideas?

I would definitly try and find out the real problem. The dimming lights could be due to a ground wire going bad(corroding). My girlfriends integra was doing that(dimming lights), battery and alt. tested fine. I added a few ground wires and it fixed it right up. But I also found and removed the bad/corroding grounds as well as added extra.

I'd have the battery and alt. tested though. Take it to autozone or advanced and get it done for free. While you are there, if they test ok, might as well walk in and get a few ground wires and see if you can find some bad ones on your car.

ok , so where exactly woudl i be looking and replacing these ground wires? sorry so stupid haha , my negative terminal has a ****ton of corrision on it, i jstu boguth the car so i havent begubn to realyl **** with it
