Cheapest Power Adders

I don't exactly have a huge amount of money left to drop into my car at the time, and I was just wandering what you guys think would be the best thing to do, that is under lets say $1000 besides, exhaust, and cold air intake. I guess I could be like the cool ricers up here and by a sticker or two, that adds horsepower right?!! haha

Best bang for the initial investment buck is always nitrous. Expensive in the long term, but only if you use it. Don't put it on an old motor, or "bang" indeed.

Best sticker I've seen so far: "Stickers don't make you fast".
Second best: "Got Nitrous? Me neither."

I thought about getting nitrous, but I think I'd like to stay NA for now. I was looking at stickin' a nice big snail under the hood but I can't find a kit for the kind of money I have. I was also looking at some headers, but like I said the good ones I'd be looking at are to much money. Screw it, I'm savin up for a twin turbo set up!! ha

I built my twin turbo setup from parts I got on eBay, mainly. Check out my page, below. Takes a while, but it's cheaper than buying the same kit everybody else has.

GEARS will help if you don't have them already. Then

:D it's the cheapest power adder there is. Of course you will have to up grade the full pump and what not but the cheapest none the less.

DIY turbo is the best bang for the buck in the long run....400rwhp can be had with a holset hx35 a cross over custom log header and a downpipe....then injectors and stuff...all the exhaust work for the turbo cost me $650 tubo cost $100...then injectors and recal MAF...BOV $20 wastegate $60....i mean you need mroe then just the turbo for 400rwhp...like good intake and such but it's cheap and will last a while
