Check engine code 314 KOER

I am pulling the following code 314 while performing KOER (key on engine running) test with 111*10 pass on the KOEO test. Any Ideas and my smog pump and egr are less than two months old. My car also kind of sputters if you will in high rpm which is why i ran the test.

Code: 314 (Thermactor Air System/Fault During Engine Run Self-test)
