Check engine says car is running lean

My check engine light comes on every so often. I've had it on the scanner and it says that cylinder 1 and cylinder 2 is running lean. WHat could cause that? I run midgrade and i tried premium gas but still does the same thing. I dont know what it could be. Any suggestions?

Honestly i dont remember that was 2 weeks ago. I just haven't had the time to get online to find out.

check your spark plugs and the distrubutor and wires. check your injectors to see if they bare clogged up.

How can i tell if the injector is clogged up?

Actually its say bank#1 and bank#2 not cylinders. All you have to do is turn the fuel pressure up 2-3psi and reset codes. If you don't have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator your car is telling you to buy one now.
