This car is startin to annoy me. Took my thermostat lower housing out and after reinstalling everything my check engine and wrench light are on. I'm not really sure what to do here?

I just got a $15 bluetooth OBDII adapter from eBay that talks to an app called Torque on my phone. App cost $5.
Cheaper than an OBDII scanner and you can get realtime data logging and stuff.
Does full scan and pulls and resets codes. Also tells you everything the car's computer can.
