I think it's 0 not 9 but the point is that it has an extra digit. I saw other 160mph speedos and they didn't.

Some states required a 6 digit speedo, I think it was New York ?

It says this was taken from a FL patrol car. Looks like it's gonna go for a decent amount of $$$. Do all of those say "Certified Calibration" on them?

Yep... the million-mile speedo.

There wa a pretty big thread a month or two back about it when someone found a car on ebay with it. This is the second one I have seen.

Not all of them say that,but does it mean that it will work correctly soon as you put it in or do you need to change tranny gear or something like that?

The calibration change is in the speedo itself.

That means if your speedo was correct with an 85MPH or 140MPH speedo, they it will be correct if you swap in a 160MPH, 180MPH or 200MPH speedo.

You only change speedo gear if you change rear end gears

I know whats wrong with it!!... it doesnt have the little red line a 55mph to show where u get the best gas mileage
