chirping third

i have saw people saying that they got a tuner and now they can chirp third, but my car already chirps third without a tune or, at least i dont think it has one. Is this normal or could my car already have a tune i bought it used from a dealer and is there any way i can tell if it has one thanks

My '05 chirps third with no tune. I actually drove a different '05 at a pre-launch event in Detroit that chirped third as well.

If you shift crappy, I don't see why anyone couldn't shirp 3rd gear with the 5.0. If you "shirp", you could be going faster... just like the "cool looking sliding around a corner"... yeah, it looks cool, but there are faster ways around the corner.
