I am in the market of buying an intake for my car which has 308 cu., E cam,ported E7 heads,24 lbs, C&L 76 mm, 4.10 gears (changing to 3.73), long tubes, H-pipe w/mac mufflers. Currently, I have edelbrock perfomer 5.0 (the very first design) which i bought it used. On the side of intake one of the bolt holes broke away. THis intake was home ported by whoever that own it before me. One of the runner had excessively ported that there is a small hole in it from insufficient meterial. I am thinking about switch to trick flow track heat, what do you guy think?

You can epoxy the hole closed (inside and out) and use the one you have if the bolt is not a big issue (they are not hard to wled back up), or...........

I would fix the one you have it sounds perfect. TMoss is surely one of StangNets best authority on intakes.
