Since you say you are using an auto tranny, I lean to the Stealth.
If you are using short gears and/or a manual tranny, you would want to use a single plane intake. Dual planes aren't always the best like many folks would have you believe.
Any shorter gear than about 3.50:1, and the dual plane will run out of breath too soon in my experience... no opinion here.
The Torker 289, Wieand, and even the old Streetmaster (if you want real mild), are all great street single plane intakes.
They have very small plenums and well thought out ports to retain low rpm power as well as top end.
Victors, Parkers, VR Spiders, etc... will all lose low rpm grunt in favor of screamin' top end. Starting about 3k or so.
If your cam doesn't start until 3k though, why get any intake that starts sooner???
