Chop some rims for me. PLEASE

How are you guys? I just spent the past couple hours trying to figure out Photoshop on my own, and well, here I am asking for help with the chop. I can't get it to work in any possible meaning of "work". I'm wanting to try Centerline conv. rims on my car, as well as Weld Draglites. Here are the pics of the angles, Draglites, and Centerline rim. Thank you to all who reads and helps.

How the crap did you do that? I spent 2 hours trying to get something that didn't look half that good. POOP! I think I'm liking the Welds better, but those don't look too bad.

i use a program that no one else on here uses,.. my dad makes his living on this computer.... so hes all about the best programs for everything... it would of looked 100 times better if i spent more time on it.. but like i said it was a 10 min chop... ~!

I have no clue how to chop, but here's a pic I just came across. It's not quite the same red, but it's a red lx hatch with black trim and drag lites, it will give you a good idea anyway. Hope this helps.
