Hey guys!

I'm looking to take delivery of my 93 lx hatch reef blue tomorrow! It's basically all stock except for a catback exhaust.

I plan on keeping it stock for the most part, but always thought chrome ponies look great on reef blue. Plus it's easy to swap back to the original wheels.

I'm keeping the stock suspension, so I want it to fill the fenders decently.

Currently LMR doesn't have them in stock, but no rush. I'm thinking a staggered look, 17x8 and 17x9's.

Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!

Following, I'm also a fan of the chrome ponies but they always seem out of stock.

I actually don't mind the way it looks either. I'll probably have to listen to the radio, I don't even want to put an aftermarket stereo in it....

Thanks!

There's a local guy here who goes through the stock radio and makes it bluetooth compatible.

I have that same setup on mine just in the factory silver. The fit is perfect. Man they have gone up in price since I bought mine in 2016.

I got on LMR’s notification list and ordered my chrome ponies (17 X 8/9) within an hour of notification they were in stock. I had to reverse the quad shocks for clearance on the rears.

Nice setup! What tires, brand and size, are you running on that setup? Any rubbing, anytime at all? If so, when? Any modifications to make your wheel/tire setup work?

245/45/17 275/40/17 Nitto 555 / Mickey et street ss

No quad shocks , quarters are rolled

Only time it ever has scrubbed is if I go Into a driveway on a super weird angle and the car flex’s the tire super hard in the wheel well it will just catch it off the edge where it stops being rolled . Other wise no
