There is a product called Zero Odor. I swear by this stuff. It got rid of the cigarette smell, gets rid of pet stain odors, all kinds of odors. It doesn't leave a scent behind, like Febreeze. You can purchase it online direct from the company or a place called Bed & Bath, or Amazon. Works awesome & your car doesn't smell like smoke or a flowery scent. Fabreeze just covers it up, this stuff, Zero Odor is the first product that eliminates odor at the molecular level.

Get you a Ionizer for a about 1500-2000 sqft. Place in the car for about 24-48hrs.
I have done this to several vehicles and removes almost all the smell.

Best tool I've seen for removing smells in rental houses is an ozone machine. Should be able to rent one somewhere. Set the car outside in the sun on a hot day with the windows up and an extension cord run into the trunk and between the seats for your ozone machine, set it down on one of the floorboards and let it run all day. I've heard complaints that ozone makes houses smell too sterile, as in you can no longer smell anything in the house whatsoever which I guess creeps some people out.
