Clean the MAF??

So before I had my throttle body and plenum installed this past weekend, I would occasionally get a off and on surge at idle from 600 to 1200rpms...it was like i was pressing the gas lightly and letting off every second. Shoulda tried cleaning my MAF then but anyways now I get the surge from 600 to 1000rpms. I'm pretty sure the tps was set correctly on the tb but I also heard of other people having this problem in the first few days of having a new tb installed. Anybody got any thoughts?

Reset the PCM and relearn it according to owner's manual.
