i always have problems with brake dust on those horrible gt turbine wheels. when i was at a shop once, compaining about it. one of the guys just grabbed this bottle of Grease off, and sprayed it. dust just shed off, and looked 100% clean with a few brush strokes and a rinse. and im talking about wheels BLACK with dust. should find it in a hard ware store give it a shot.

I used mothers clearcoat wheel cleaner, but now I just use castrol superclean for about everything. Afterwards put some kassse all in one on them. It makes it really easy to remove brake dust. Just a little car wash soap and water makes them clean.

If you have chrome Cobra R's all you need is soap and water. Don't spray chemicals on your rims unless it's on the inside well. Don't clean them when they are hot either, that what stains the soap on them.

Are there new break pads out that don't create the black brake dust, something like ceramic. My brother said something about these, don't know if it's true or not.

Anyone?

I have chrome rims, i just use water and a towel. Then every once in a while to get stains and other crap off of them i use turtle wax chrome polish. It works really good.
