I just tore down my 302 and I am in the process of building a stroker motor, either 3.400 (347) or 3.470 (354). I know you have to clearance the bottom of the cylinder walls for the rod bolts, my question is How big do you make the notches?? I want to have this done before my parts come in so i dont have to waste time mocking it up. So if someone could please let me know how Wide and how Deep their notches are I would be much appreciated.
Also, does the block need to clearanced anywhere else with the larger counterweights??
