Im building a motor that has probe p2482f-030 pistons an E cam and gt40p heads. Im trying to see if someone has had a combo similar to this and did you have any clearance issues?
You should allways clay the piston to check for PTV. Even if someone has/had the same parts, this does'nt count for differences in factory machining, deck height, gasket quench, and how the cam is timed.
clay is the only way, but for an example I run 2482's with GT40Y heads 1.95/1.54 valves with an F Cam and 1.7's (so thats .546 inches of lift) and had ample clearence with a 1011-2 gasket (.032)
