Cluch adjustment on a 96???

Got a 96 GT and wondered if there is any clutch adjustment? Its got 140k and i noticed when sitting its kinda stiff going into 1st and reverse but when your rolling its easy to shift just feels a bit out of adjustment to me... Thanks for any information you guys have.
