cluch loud rubbing sound

my car runs fine but sounds horrable ,in gear or in nuteral.sound changes when I light touch the cluch peddal and gets a little quieter when cluch fully engaged,It intermitent for the last two months and now won't stop rubbing grinding sound. I think it might need a cluch kit. After a oil change it made a vary light rubbing sound and I thought it was short on oil so I topped it up and I thought fixxed it.hope to here your experiences

Sounds like the clutch release or throw out bearing is toast. Will have to seperate the clutch housing to replace the faulty component. Not too difficult but you need a pit to work under the car unless you can jack up the body a foot or so. While your in there you should replace the clutch plates & you will likely need an alignment tool. If you can do the job the parts should not cost very much.
