I just bought an OEM clutch cable because my headers burnt the crap out of the old one! and i think it might have stretched! anyways ! i put the new one on and got it all put back together tested the pedal and it felt a little harder to push than the old one!when i pushed it in for the last time before taking it out on the road to test it out! my foot slipped off of the pedal and it came up hard! i checked the pedal again and it felt softer! ! when i put the car back down on the floor to take it for a spin and test it out i put it in reverse and she wont move anywhere! wont go forward or reverse! now my question is when the pedal came up hard could i have broke the clutch quadrant? its the factory one in it still so its the plastic one or whatever its made of! when i get under there with a flashlight and look at the quadrant its may look like it had snapped I'm not sure because i really cant see it cause of all the other crap in the way! but if it is broken would that cause it not to engage the clutch? and not move? and if so how do i take it out to change it to an aluminum one? and how hard is it to do? looks hard! any help would be great ! thanks guys!
