Clutch feels odd in 1st..

Well, i dont know if its in my head or whatever. But im taking it into ford to get checked out.

For some reason sometimes when i put my car in 1st and ease off the clutch and give gas like normal driving to go into 2nd, it feels straight like its slipping, however all the other gears feel normal and shifts. Reverse kinda feels similar w/ the slip though as well. Not sure if it would be the clutch then going bad, or clutch cable being stretched or something.

I don't kno im pissed hopefully if their is a problem they will fix it without being dicks.

My car has Line-locs on it, shift lite and flowmaster mufflers. car has 2000 miles.

It's a hydraulic clutch, not cable operated. If it was a stretched cable it would have the opposite effect.......clutch not fully releasing when pedal is depressed. It sounds like you have a slipping clutch for sure. The line lock and shift light might bring bad luck with some dealers. Good luck with it.

i havent even raced it w/ drag radials or used the line-loc yet. lol crap.

yeah im prob screwed. i might as well went in their w/ a custom tune and intake.

dealer called they said they didn't find anything wrong, i feel odd about them saying that.

only thing they said was we found a line loc kit which could effect driveability, im like that has nothing to do with my clutch.
