Drivetrain Clutch Pedal noise when pressed?

My vehicle has recently developed a squeak that occurs every time the clutch pedal is pressed. It occurs regardless of how quickly the clutch pedal is pressed, and only occurs during the stroke of the pedal travel. It makes no noise at all when it is released, or all the way down (which indicates to me it isn't the TOB).

Any ideas? Clutch quadrant? Cable? Clutch itself going out?

Also anyone have any experience with the Exedy Mach 400 clutch?

Also want to point out the noise occurs when the car is off too. Everything works exactly as well as it did before. There is just an annoying noise now.
