cobra brake upgrade, what size wheel for rear

I have the cobra brake upgrade with 17 inch wheels. I want to run some drag radials but I want to run the smallest but widest wheel possible. Will a 15" wheel work or 16". I would also like to go atleast 9" wide will 10" be possible. I believe the rear disc are 11.65" out back but I am not sure
