I'm looking for a complete set (front and rear) of calipers, apparently '94-'04 are all the same. Preferably, I would have like to have gotten the 10th Anniversary Cobra calipers, Ford Part No. M-2320-A, but they're not available anywhere. I've found some aftermarket ones from HTC Racing, the web link is:

I'm a bit leery of the quality of these, more than likely from China. The rears don't appear to be actual Cobra calipers. Then there's the "SVE Style" calipers from Late Model Restoration, the web link is :

Again, probably from China, but the rears look like Cobras. I was a bit confused when I called LMR, they said SVE is their own brand. SVE and SVO were both precursors of SVT at Ford. Anyways, has anyone dealt with these or heard of them? Actually, I was talking to someone at Centric Brakes a while back and they said China has almost 100% of the market in brakes.

Doesn't the GT and Cobra use the same rear caliper? The only difference that I know is the rotors and pads are different on the Cobra. The Cobra has an 11.6" vented rotor and thinner 14.9mm pads. The GT has a thinner solid rotor and 16.8mm pads. The caliper itself is identical as far as I know.

They all have casting number 38 for the rear...the difference with cobras is the bracket. Its clearanced for the rotors. The pads for cobras are a little thinner

No. 94-98 Cobra front PBR calipers have smaller pistons than 01-04 versions. The changeover happened either in 99 or 00.

Rear calipers are standard Varga...from a rear disc Taurus to a Cobra. Pads are different on the Cobra, brackets are different based on the vehicle.
