cobra comparison

the 04 cobra has 3.55's in its 6 speed T56

how would i get close to that amount of gearing in a fox, IMO i think the cobra has the perfect gearing for a supercharger application

so what would i need to mimick that? the 5.0 isnt as high revving as the 4.6 cammer is but i want about the same ratio

what about 3.55 in a 8.8 rear T5?

would that be about perfect gearing for a supercharger application and while its still n/a ?

Here we go again lol....i have 3.90 and i think they are perfect, but if i had boost, i would deffinetly swap to 3.55, otherwise 1st and 2nd are going to be fairly useless. However, i dont really think 3.55 will be enough for an n/a car, your going to wish you had more gear until you get the blower.

thing is i think to much gearing is ridiculous , i thought the cobra was perfect,

i just dont want to be shifting into 4th at 85

yea i agree with you, i bought my car with the gears, it wasn't what i would have chosen, i'd rather have less gear and more power than the other way around, but for my current power level its great.
