I have a 95 GT/manual trans, 115K. It has the following mods: 355 gears, BBK cold air, BBK Ceramic shorty headers, Pypes X pipe, Tri X shifter, msd coil. I have picked up a 95 Cobra Upper and lower intake with tb. How long would it take to change out and would I need anything besides gaskets? Do you guys recommend doing anything else why I'm doing this? My engine bay is green, while the rest of car is white. I thought about pulling engine, painting engine bay, doing oil pan gasket, rear main, etc. What do you think?

The intake doesn't really have much to do with pulling the engine. All you should really need is gaskets and some RTV. Should take about 4 hours for a first timer.

black rtv gasket maker for the front and back of intake, and use alot or it will leak. do not use the cork gaskets that come with the gasket kit, they suck.
and pull the motor, if for nothing else, just to match the paint to the car. that has got to look horrible.
