I have a 117 code but only comes on when I reach 70-80 mph for about 1 min and turns off. which indicates coolant temperature circuit below min voltage/indicates above 245 degrees. I have replaced the engine temperature sensor on the block, disconnected battery for 5 minutes to no avail. I have even changed out the module by the radiator that contains all the relays. If anyone could help me out i'd appreciate it. I just hate having any check engine light come on at all. I also changed the coolant temperature switch above the thermostat housing.

I;d get the car nice and hot, turn the car off (then turn the key back to run) and carefully check the voltage of the sensor yourself. The sensor should heat soak a little and you'll see what it's going. This can help narrow down wiring issues as well.

Good luck.
