According to the Haynes Repair Manual, the code 33 should appear with R (Engine Running) and C (Continuous Memory) and not with O (KOEO) Key On Engine Off. My codes are:

Code Test Condition Probable Cause
33 R,C Canister or EGR valve not operating properly

KOEO: 11, 33
KOER: 12, 16, 13

In visual form to accelerate the car I see the effect of vacuum on the EGR

the code 33 should be present with the engine running KOER?
code 33 affects the other codes?
where is the fault?, in the Canister or EGR?

Thanks

Code 33 was logged as a failure at one time. Thus the reason why its after code 11 in the KOEO test.

Code 33 is logged when the ECM doesnt sense the EGR valve opening and closing. IF its not in the KOER test, then I wouldnt worry to much about it.

I take it you have a rolling idle problem?

when i ran the codes with the car running i got codes 33,94,44. and when i ran the codes just with the key in the on position i got 81,82,85,84,22,33,95. The problem i am having with my car right now is that it will not go over 3500 rpms. when i reach that the car starts to tach out
