Code 511, 189, 111

Okay..code 511 is pcm rom circuit malfunction(I believe) which I assume is coming from the sct chip I recently got burned. Code 189 fuel system lean at partial throttle? Why would this be when I just got my car tuned? These two came up under the obd1 scanners "fast codes" and then on the slow codes it came up with 511 again and also 111. 111 means system pass code so does that mean I really have no problem? Should I be worried about any of this? My check engine light comes on periodically and is annoying. What do you guys think?

--I also believe I have a slight exhaust leak coming from the header or where the headers meet the h-pipe.

Given the events, I'd check the O2 on that side (since you only spit a code for one, no?). You can use a DMM if you desire to check switching amplitude and frequency.

Or just clear the codes and see if it sorts itself out (I dont know how a fresh tune plays into it. Someone like Don or Will might have a better idea).

You can do it while using your code reader (seems to me that you'd disconnect the self-test trigger while the codes are being spit out - check the manual). Or just disconnect the battery, turn on the headlights for 30 seconds. Turn lights off and reconnect the battery. The battery method actually clears the KAM, rather than the codes - and I prefer to start fresh (I disco' the battery).
