I did replace my computer with one from Rock Auto and still had the codes. I think a big contributor to my problem was a faulty BAR sensor. I replaced my BAR sensor with a new Ford OEM unit and changed out my EGR sensor....after that all the codes went away and the CEL has never come back on. I really think it had something to do with either of those two sensors I replaced....most likely the BAR sesnor.
