what combo is everybody running. i am thinking about the moto blue and brisk combo. but i am just testing the water. i would really love to see some dyno numbers for na cars. thanks for the help
I think 99.9% of people that are naturally aspirated are running the stock HT1 plugs and COPs. It is my understanding that the stock HT1 and the colder HT0 are the ONLY correct design plugs for the three valve. (and the FRRP equivalents) I would not put a Brisk plug in my 3-valve car for this fact. (not in my 5.0 either actually)
I myself am running MSD COPs and HT0 plugs. I have also run HT1 plugs and the GMS hard Core Series COPs. The hotter COPs are a great upgrade for a forced induction application. Probably not needed for N/A cars.
They will give you some horepower and prevent spark blow-out. The car also runs smoother over-all on the hotter COPs.
GMS just released an upgraded new version of their Hard Core Series COPs which they sent me a set and I am going to test them around April 1.
The ONLY reason to change plugs in these cars is if you are running nitrous or if you are forced induction and are experiencing spark blow-out.
