cold air intake question

Hello Everyone can someone end my frustration and help me out with a cold ail intake question ??? Taking into account the maximum cfm's of the stock intake manifold on a 02 mustang GT 4.6L what would be the best size (mm) and combination of plenum, throttle body, mass flow sensor, injectors (psi) to get the most from this 4.6 Thank You

If your engine is still the stock set up there is no need to alter the MAF or
your injector size. As for the TB, 70mm or 75mm will match up to your
choice of Plennum for a nice upgrade.

what all needs to be changed before you can change maf and injectors, ported heads, cams, and intake, slong with all other bolt-ons...can i now? what size?
