I know people dont think CAI'S make any power, but I think the dyno numbers are not going to be the same as being out on the open road. I think there is a lot more air going through the intake out on the open road. With that being said does anyone think one style ( 1 fender mounted or 2 engine bay mounted) is better than the other? Some say the engine bay mounted ones have huge high flow filters that make more power. Others say it not good because its hot air. Others like fender mounted ones because its more of a true cold air intake , but some dont like the extra bend in the intake to the fenderwell . I dont think one would have problems with mass air meters as long as they still have there stock one on the car. Most of the ones I see that have problems with the mass air meter are aftermarket meters. Lets hear some opinions. Is one style better than the other using the stock air meter?
