Is it worth it? 500.00

93 LX Hatch 2.3L 121K

List of what it needs

clutch, ashtray door, front right tire, small dent in fender pulled out, headlight switch for the dash, doors swapped out (he said he would give me an extra driver and passenger door also...I dunno lol) alternator (already have an extra in my garage), and a good interior cleaning...its been sitting for 2 years

It runs it just idles kinda high

Can't tell from the VIN, you'd need to check the door sticker on the original door or look for clues on the car

For a 4-banger? Never checked pricing, but maybe $150-200 for the clutch and you should resurface the flywheel as well.

That's assuming you do the labor

Finally saw the car in daylight...interior leaves plenty to be desired...mold from sitting.....it has no rust inside...floor is not rusted at all...but the driveshaft and the rear axle has rust on, however the chassis doesnt have any rust

still worth it or no?

thanks again

You could easily part it out for more than $500 if it doesn't float your pickle.

Cleaning the car up all depends on how motivated you are really. If the body is rust free, i'd say go for it.

I say do it, I bought one for the same price a year ago. After I finished I sold it for $1,800.00 now I see on the street with a 5.0 swap and some Draglites and it looks bad ass. Just take your time with it and it will turn out ok.
