If you're willing to drive a 500 pound, 100CC car, maybe.

If GM, Ford, whomever could really make a practical car that got that kind of mileage, they'd have the whole country beating down the doors to buy one.

Anyway, my dad clearified it for me. He said it was a story that happened 70's or so.

That urban legend has been around for 50 years. It was as much of a legend in the 70s as it is now. It didn't happen.

I....understand....that. You people keep arguing. I have been trying to clarify and have said that it is a legend and probably not true. I don't care what it is its just an interesting story. Key word story. You guys need to let it go already and stop thinking these boards are CNN boards or something.
