ok basically this is all about $$$. im getting tired of poor gas mileage and tuning issues of the 750 dp, so after much research on the megasquirt it sparks my interest. what is holding me back is all the hardware involved. my first thought was to get a victor jr and put injector bungs on it with a 4 bbl tbi unit, then i found the parts for this would cost as much as a trick flow intake and injectors. on the other hand was used parts. i can get a truck manifold for next to nothing, judging by the looks of it it is much better than a stock mustang manifold. does anyone know the potential of this intake or reccomend a new setup for about $400-$500, otherwise i cant justify trading off for fuel injection.
BTW its a 347 afr 165, e-cam(wanna change that too), c4, bbk headers, supercomp pipes etc, taht last ran a 13.2 @106mph on street tires
