just had catco high flo cats welded in my bbk or x pipie and i have am thunder cat back i know i made all the wrong choices was ust to my 90 lx should of did my reasearch before i bought was ust to the 5.0 had a 95 gt conv to sold to buy my 04 gt anyway like the sound now wish it was a little louder like the slp sound DO I STILL NEED THE MIL ELIMANATORS WITH THE SINGLE HIGH FLOW CATS pissed got 800$ in exhaust and still not happy

Im not sure on how the aftermarket cated pipes work I would have to guess it would still send a code to the computer to turn on the check eng light so the MIL's will probally still need to be hooked up

Do it right, get a chip or handheld tuner and turn the rear 02 sensors off. I know of quite a few cases where the MIL eliminators did not stop the check engine light in 4.6 cars from the exhaust. Actually after re-reading your original post, you should not need the MIL eliminators providing in the new setup the 02 sensors that are behind the main cats are still hooked up and working. Cats further done in the system are not monitored by the EEC.

drive and find out if the mil even turns on before investing more money into the exhaust. if it does light up then you might want to consider options to keep it off.
