I'm going from manual drums to power front disks. Here is my list so far:

Spindles: I have these already.
Rotors
Calipers
Pads
Master Cylinder
Booster
Adjustable Proportioning valve
Power Brake pedal
Front Brake Line set and clips
Vacuum hose for booster
Inner and outer wheel bearings

Anything else? Since I have old cores for most of these parts, this is a much cheaper alternative for me than a premade conversion kit.

Do you have the backing plates (dust shield)? The granada ones I have are two piece with a plastic air scoop on them.

You need flex lines as well as hard lines. I'm not sure if you have both from your post. You will need to change the point where the flex line mounts to the car.

I expect you will also need upper and lower ball joints and tie rod ends. It's difficult to salvage them, unless you have nearly new parts currently. I recommend Moog. :)

Check the brake travel and the brake pushrod in comparison to the MC maximum travel before you install everything. I'm not sure whether it's a problem or not. I did a manual to manual swap in my '70 and everything matched up.

That's all I can think of. Good luck.
