Hey today I had just finished up installing a new coolant overflow tank(did the taurus fan) and after I was done I took it for a drive, everything was fine and it ran great. Once I brought it home I was checking the system to see if it was full and noticed that I had barely any pressure, the top rad hose was soft.

I then started it with the rad cap off(see if the coolant was flowin at all) and when I started it it instantly through coolant right out of the radiator, like several feet in fact.

Checked my oil and no mud, car doesnt smoke and runs good. I know it looks like headgasket, but any other possibilities?

Well looks like I flipped for no reason. Crazy coincidence I guess, rad cap failed so it was straight open, guess it probably sucked in a big air bubble, oh well for the better. I thought it kinda odd for me to out of the blue blow a head gasket on a stock stang, I mean come on, its not a dodge 4 cylinder.
